Enrico Hank Demarco(he/him/his)
Hank graduated from the Alberta School of Massage Therapy in 2023 after a fruitful, and fulfilling career as a professional ballet dancer. Being active, athletic, and artistic have been constant passions of his throughout his entire life, and strives to always pursue career paths that align with those passions. He can’t help but try to make people smile and laugh as much as possible, making every day as good as it can be!
Hank’s ballet career saw him perform on various stages in Alberta with the Alberta Ballet School and professional Company, but he spent most of his time in Las Vegas where he danced for the Nevada Ballet Theatre. Outside of the usual high quality ballet productions, he had the incredible opportunity to collaborate many times with Cirque du Soleil, and work alongside the unbelievably athletic, and wonderfully unique performers.
During his training and career Hank has had to rehabilitate countless injuries all over his body. His constant use, and need of massage and physical therapists allowed him to continue returning to the stage, and eventually sparked his desire to pursue massage as a career. The intense physical and mental strength that dancing professionally demands has allowed Hank to develop a more in-tune relationship with caring for the body and mind, which he tries to pass along to each person he treats.
Combined with his love of anatomy and physiology, Hank draws from all of his experiences from ballet to augment, and enhance his therapeutic approach to massage. He feels every person is unique, and deserves specialized treatment tailored to their physical needs, and their personality. He is always hungry for more knowledge, and experience that push him to give the best possible treatment he can.
